POSITION: QA/ QC Engineer

Manufacturer of Storage Tank, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, etc.

ASME ‘U’ Stamp Certified Company, IBR, CCOE (PESO) Ap proved Company.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTY
Inspection of various components at fabrication & machining Stages.
Carrying out the Welding inspection, Visual inspection, and NDT tests.
Monitor the day-to-day activities of the work to meet out the plan.
To c o-ordinate with third party inspection agency (BVIS, TkiSi, TUV nord, IR class,

LRQA) as per approved QAP/ITP.
Preparation of progress reports-Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Inspect the job at stages (Marking, fit up, after welding & final).
Inspection Coordination with Customer As per QAP.
Preparation of NDE Requestion and RT film Review/ Interpretation of defects.
Responsible for identifying non-conformity if any during various stages of

inspection and disposition of the same.
Preparation & Submitting of Final documents (Dossiers/ MDR) as per

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
