We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to make content on curriculum for soft skills on decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, and workplace readiness.
Location : Delhi Experience : 8 - 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver content soft skills courses and workshops.
Develop practical learning modules, activities, and assessments.
Customize training content based on institutional and learner requirements.
Using research & AI tools to build impactful learning material
Collaborating with design & product teams
Requirements:
Prior experience designing courses for universities or colleges is highly preferred.
Robust facilitation and communication skills, technical proficiency
Background in Education, Psychology, HR, Social Sciences, or related fields (preferred).
