Logistics: Coordinate training sessions, schedule meetings, manage room bookings, and provide in office support. Administration: Track attendance, manage participant data, maintain organized files, and handle general administrative tasks. Analysis & Reporting: Monitor training effectiveness, analyze data, create reports, and suggest improvements to materials and processes. Communication: Support strategic communications, proofread materials, and act as a point of contact for trainees. Project Support: Help with new initiatives like onboarding, product launches, and special training projects.
