Manage key student relationships and ensure enrolment conversions.
Conduct presentations and counselling workshops for students and parents.
Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
Coordinate with branch teams to achieve enrolment targets.
Maintain counselling documentation and reporting processes.
Support marketing activities by participating in seminars and outreach events.
Ensure high-quality counselling standards across all admission interactions.
