KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES COORDINATOR
Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
Track sales targets and support the team in achieving goals.
Monitor inventory and inform the sales team about stock availability.
Assist in preparing tenders and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
