KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Administration & Configuration
Serve as the primary NetSuite expert within the organization, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, and custom fields based on business needs while adhering to best practices.
Maintain and update system configurations to align with business processes and evolving company requirements.

Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve system issues,



defects, and errors, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
Provide post-release support, including testing and monitoring after system updates and enhancements.
Act as a primary point of contact for NetSuite-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions for users across different time zones.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
Identify prospects to optimize NetSuite functionality, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to support automation and process improvements.
Assist in upgrades, patches, and NetSuite releases, evaluating impact and coordinating necessary changes.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end users to maximize system adoption.
