Location - Ambience Gurgaon and Gurgaon Sec - 66

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Supervise daily activities in F&B; outlets, ensure set-up/breakdown, manage reservations, and maintain service standards.
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate F&B; staff, delegating tasks and ensuring team performance.
Guest Experience: Greet guests, assist with selections, handle complaints, and ensure high-quality service for guest satisfaction.
Menu & Product: Assist with menu development, ensure accurate product knowledge, and manage content/collateral for promotions.
Inventory & Finance: Monitor stock, manage orders, control budgets, and analyze data to reduce costs and increase revenue.
Compliance & Standards: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
