We are looking for a IT recruiter with minimum of 6 Months years to 1.5 years of experience for Chennai who has a positive track performance in the recent past.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Track and report key recruitment metrics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
