Core responsibilities
Customer support: Answer calls, assist with service or product questions, and help customers with issues related to their accounts or orders.
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Sales and orders: Place orders, process payments, and identify sales opportunities by recommending products or services.
Data management: Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Key duties
Following communication scripts and adapting them as needed.
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments.
Maintaining a skilled and courteous tone.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
