Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through telecalling, references, and social media.

Fix and coordinate site visit appointments with clients.

Explain project details, pricing, EMI options, and future appreciation value.

Maintain follow-ups and convert prospects into bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain client database and daily reporting.

Assist in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Requirements

Minimum 6 months-1 year experience in real estate/sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).





Valuable communication skills (Bengali, Hindi preferred)

Confident personality with convincing ability

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media marketing

Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
