Job description:
Job Title: Telecaller (Night Shift)
Location: Surat
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients for business development and sales purposes
Handle both B2B and B2C client interactions professionally
Introduce and explain company jewellery products and services clearly
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Follow up with potential clients to close leads and generate business
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Mandatory Requirement:
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)




Valuable listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shifts
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, international sales, or customer support is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
