About the Role
We are looking for a agile and energetic Pre-Sales & Support Executive who can handle North Indian clients in Hindi and explain our SaaS-based Jewellery Business Management Platform - SaaSGOLD.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and client enquiries from North India
Explain SaaSGOLD product features in Hindi
Conduct live product demos through Google Meet/Zoom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
Coordinate with the sales and technical team during onboarding
Maintain client communication records and follow-up status
Customer Support Responsibilities
Help customers understand software features and workflows
Resolve basic software usage queries
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
Guide customers during app/web panel setup and onboarding
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
Basic English communication
Good presentation and convincing skills
Understanding of SaaS products/software platforms
Comfortable with Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.
Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Experience in SaaS product sales/support
Experience handling North Indian clients
Telecalling or software demo experience
Jewellery software or ERP experience is an added advantage
