Job Title: Network Technician
Location: Noida 62
Department: IT / Infrastructure

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Set up and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Manage server connectivity and cloud integration
Ensure network security including firewall configuration and antivirus protection
Provide technical support to developers and office staff
Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
Configure and support VPN access for remote teams
Document network configurations and maintain technical records
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for service issues

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Reverse DNS and firewall configuration
Experience with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools




Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software network issues
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
Experience in web hosting environments or development offices
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
