Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a forward-thinking Digital Fashion Design Trainer who can teach students the future of fashion — combining AI, 3D garment simulation, and technical design workflows.
This is not a traditional teaching role. We are looking for industry practitioners who can bring real-world digital fashion skills into the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Train students in AI-powered fashion design workflows:
Teach and demonstrate:
CLO3D for garment simulation & draping
Adobe Illustrator for flats & tech packs
Midjourney & Adobe Firefly for concept and têxtile design
Guide students in end-to-end project workflow:
Concept → Illustration → Technical Drawing → 3D Garment
Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and project reviews:
Mentor students on portfolio development (industry-ready):
Stay updated with latest tools & trends in digital fashion
Background in:
Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Digital Fashion
Robust practical experience in:
CLO3D (mandatory for core trainer role)
Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of:
Midjourney
Adobe Firefly
Understanding of:
Pattern making
Garment construction
Portfolio demonstrating:
3D garments / digital collections
Technical flats / tech packs
Preferred (Good to Have)
Freelance / industry experience in digital fashion
Experience working with fashion brands or production units
Teaching / workshop experience
Knowledge of virtual fashion / digital sampling
