Core Responsibilities
Design Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed, 3D renderings for client approval.
Space Planning: Analyze and design floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting, and plumbing, ensuring optimal space utilization.
Project Management: Supervise projects from conception to completion, managing timelines and site visits to ensure adherence to design plans.
Budgeting & Procurement: Estimate costs, set budgets, and source furniture, fixtures, and materials (FF&E;).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and building codes.
Client Collaboration: Present design proposals, define requirements, and manage client expectations. Betterteam +7

Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software.
Creativity and Vision:



An eye for color, texture, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and visual skills to present ideas to clients and contractors.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural requirements, materials, and construction techniques.
Education: A degree or certificate in Interior Design or interior architecture. Indeed +6

Work Workplace
Designers split time between offices (creating designs) and construction sites (inspecting progress).
The work may require flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs or project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
