We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our residential apartment project based in Muzaffarpur. The primary responsibility is to contact potential customers using leads generated through social media advertisements and online enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
Explain details of the residential apartment project clearly
Answer basic customer queries and maintain call records
Schedule site visits or pass qualified leads to the sales team
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus)
Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
Freshers can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
