Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media Work:
Handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube etc.)
Post ads, banners, and promotional content
Reply to messages and online enquiries
Create easy posters using Canva / Photoshop (basic)
Upload photos, videos, and reels
Manage online advertisements if required

Calling Work:
Call students/customers for enquiry follow-up
Provide information about courses / services
Maintain calling records
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Support admission / sales team

Office Work:
Data entry and record maintenance
Help in office coordination

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge required
Social media knowledge required
Positive communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
Experience in calling / telecalling / social media preferred
