Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
Conduct initial screening and phone interviews

Bench Sales Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
Submit consultant profiles to relevant job requirements via job portals
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and partners
Negotiate pay rates and contract terms
Schedule and coordinate interviews for consultants
Follow up with vendors for feedback and updates
Maintain daily submission and placement reports

Additional Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with consultants regarding project updates
Meet daily and weekly submission targets




Stay updated on market trends and in-demand technologies

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
