VKS Hytech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure consistent product quality
Job Responsibilities - QC/QA Executive
Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per standard procedures.
Conduct moisture, fat, pH, and acidity analysis of sweets and snacks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Check °Brix of various sweets and syrups on a daily basis.
Analyze viscosity of products like pizza sauce and mayonnaise to maintain product consistency.
Perform ash content analysis of raw materials and finished products as per specifications.
Carry out milk quality testing,
including parameters such as fat, SNF, and overall quality assessment.
Conduct adulteration tests of milk to ensure product safety and authenticity.
Prepare and maintain daily plant hygiene reports and ensure adherence to GMP and sanitation standards.
Monitor hygiene practices in the production area and report deviations.
Ensure all testing is done according to SOPs, FSSAI standards, and internal quality guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and records of test results, reports, and observations.
