Finance/ Credit Expert - Finance & AI Operations

Job Summary The Credit Expert - Finance & AI Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end home loan processing while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve productivity, accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The role combines finance expertise with digital and AI-enabled workflows to deliver faster and smarter financial solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Credit & Banking

- Customer eligibility assessment
- Credit appraisal and income analysis
- Loan file login and documentation
- Coordination with banks until sanction and disbursement
- Customer follow-up and relationship management
- Builder and banker coordination
- Daily MIS and reporting

AI & Digital Operations

- Use AI for loan eligibility calculations and customer proposals.
- Generate professional emails, WhatsApp messages, and client communication using company-approved AI tools.
- Use AI to prepare document checklists, bank comparison sheets, and loan summaries.
- Assist in AI-powered calling campaigns by preparing scripts, FAQs, and customer responses.
- Use AI to analyze customer profiles and recommend suitable lenders based on eligibility and bank policies.
- Create presentations, reports, marketing content, and training material with AI support.




- Help automate repetitive office work using AI and digital tools.
- Maintain an AI knowledge base for banking policies, FAQs, and internal SOPs.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce turnaround time and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in AI training sessions conducted by the company.

Offline Responsibilities

- Coordinate with builders, banks, and legal teams.
- Verify physical documents whenever required.
- Attend project launches, customer camps, and banking meetings.
- Maintain professional conduct during field visits.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs are verified before use in customer interactions or official documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
