Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's business goals.

2. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline and optimize resources.

3. Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and cash flow management.

4. Oversee long-term financial modelling, scenario planning, and forecasting.

5. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, dashboards, and statements.

6. Manage investor and stakeholder relationships.

7. Lead fundraising and investor reporting initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or fully qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.

- 5-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Proven expertise in strategic finance, fundraising, and corporate governance.

- Exposure to Series B (or later) funded start-ups is highly desirable.
