- USD → INR: Inbound remittances, documentation, outbound payments, and minimising FX leakage at every step.
- Creator payments + payroll: Run monthly payouts across hundreds of US-based creators and our internal team. Accurate, checked, and on time.
- CA + CS firms:



Manage our external advisors. Push them, catch their errors, and own GST, TDS, FEMA, and filings.
- Cash + costs: Find cost leaks, optimise where liquid cash sits, and reduce bank commissions.

The Persona

We’re looking for an elite financial operations engine.

Someone technically sharp enough to audit external work, challenge senior advisors, and obsess over precision. Someone organised enough to run a complex, multi-currency, cross-border system without leadership needing to step in.

The Bar

- CA, CPA, or ACCA, completed or in progress
- 1–3 years in a high-growth startup or execution-heavy firm
- Solid technical fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail
- High ownership. Low hand-holding.

This is not a reporting role.
