Field Service Technician – Wastewater Treatment

FIELD-BASED JOB | TRAINING PROVIDED | FRESHERS CAN APPLY

Kaasma Private Limited is looking for young, energetic and technically interested candidates to join our growing Field Service Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in technical field service and the wastewater treatment industry.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Freshers are welcome to apply.

You do not need previous experience in STP, ETP or wastewater treatment. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure while working with our experienced technical team.

THIS IS A FIELD-BASED JOB

This is not an office or desk-based position.

The selected candidates will travel to customer locations and work on wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.

The role is ideal for candidates who:

- Enjoy practical and hands-on technical work
- Are willing to travel to customer sites
- Like working with machines and equipment
- Are interested in learning electrical, mechanical and plumbing-related skills
- Want to develop a long-term technical career

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of the role, you will receive practical exposure and training in:
- Wastewater Treatment Systems – ETP and STP
- Operation and maintenance of treatment systems
- Pumps and motors
- Mechanical equipment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Plumbing, piping and related works
- Preventive maintenance
- Equipment inspection
- Fault identification and troubleshooting
- Customer-site service and technical support

WHO CAN APPLY? Freshers with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Plus Two
- ITI – Electrician, Fitter,



Plumber or related trades
- Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related disciplines
- B.Tech – Engineering graduates with an interest in technical field work

Previous experience in electrical, plumbing, maintenance, STP or ETP is an advantage, but NOT mandatory.

SALARY AND CAREER

Salary: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 26,500 per month

Salary includes performance-based incentives and will depend on qualification, skills and performance.
