We are seeking a highly organized and driven Field Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and manage our day-to-day on-site field operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between the field crews and the main office, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and up to our strict quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of supervising teams in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Team Management: Direct, mentor, and schedule the daily activities of field technicians and sub-contractors. Operations & Scheduling: Manage project timelines, delegate assignments, and track labor hours to optimize workflow productivity. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, local regulations,



and company protocols to maintain an accident-free work site.

Resource Logistics: Order, schedule, and verify the delivery of all equipment and materials needed for the project while keeping within budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site and property inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications and industry standard protocols. Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact between field staff and project managers, providing daily or weekly progress reports.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders.
