Position: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative

Net Take-Home: ₹18,000/Month (including travel allowance)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive the growth of digital payment acceptance by onboarding local stores and businesses. The role involves acquiring merchants and promoting POS terminals, QR codes and payment gateway solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach local merchants, retailers and businesses.

Acquire current merchants for POS, QR Code and payment gateway solutions.

Generate leads through field visits, references and market activities.

Explain product features, benefits and payment solutions to merchants.

Complete merchant onboarding and documentation processes.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active merchants.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly acquisition targets.





Conduct regular field visits and develop the assigned market.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve basic queries.

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, onboarding and sales performance.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with good sales and persuasion abilities.

Interest in field sales, merchant acquisition or financial services.

Comfortable with regular field visits and customer interaction.

Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Energetic, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Graduates and undergraduates both eligible.

2-wheeler is NOT mandatory.
