Position: Field Executive – Loan Collection & Recovery

Reporting To: Collection Manager / Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for collection of overdue loan instalments.

Follow up with customers through field visits and communicate outstanding dues, payment schedules and resolution options.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection/recovery targets.

Understand the reason for non-payment and negotiate appropriate repayment arrangements within company guidelines.

Generate leads for settlement, regularisation, repayment plans and other approved resolution options.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, discussions, commitments and payment status in the designated system/app.

Ensure timely follow-up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments and maximise PTP conversion.

Coordinate with the Collection Manager/Team Leader and update them on difficult, high-risk or escalated cases.

Identify customers who have relocated or whose contact/address details require verification and assist in updating the same.

Handle customer interactions professionally and maintain confidentiality of customer and loan-related information.

Ensure all collection activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the company's policies, applicable laws, regulatory requirements and approved collection practices.

Submit daily visit reports and other required MIS within the prescribed timelines.

Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.





Prior experience in loan collection, recovery, field sales, banking, NBFC or financial services will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications and digital reporting.

Ability to work under targets and handle challenging customer situations professionally.

Candidates with knowledge of the local language and geography will be preferred.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, depending on the assigned location.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly collection/recovery achievement.

PTP achievement and conversion ratio.

Number and quality of customer visits.

Reduction in overdue/ delinquent accounts.

Regularisation of assigned accounts.

Timely submission and accuracy of field visit reports.

Compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15000 - 30000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Performance-based incentives may be offered based on collection/recovery achievement.

Important The Field Executive is expected to maintain the highest standards of skilled conduct, customer dignity, confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Any form of intimidation, harassment, coercion, misrepresentation or unauthorised collection practice will not be permitted.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
