We are looking for a Female Career Counselor Assistant to join our team. The role involves handling enquiries and leads, connecting with students, parents and working professionals, and assisting them with information related to Career Counseling, Psychometric Assessments, and Online University Admissions.

The entire work process is online, and the required Laptop and Phone will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads received through phone, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
- Connect with students, parents and working professionals to understand their requirements.
- Explain and provide information about:

- Career Counseling
- Psychometric & Career Assessments

- Career Planning
- Online Admissions in various universities
- Convert relevant enquiries into paid counseling/assessment clients and admission enquiries.
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate between clients and career counselors.
- Follow up with prospective students/parents and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain student/client records, lead details and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate the completion of psychometric assessments and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of admissions, counseling sessions, payments and other activities.




- Manage day-to-day online coordination and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper updating of all records.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant, confident and skilled communication style.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents and professionals.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets/Excel and online tools.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Counseling/Sales/Admission/Telecalling experience will be an advantage.
