About Mondys Farm House

Mondys Farm House is a fast-growing organization working in the field last 9 years of Agriculture, Plantation Management and Agro Tourism. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Farm House Supervisor to manage and supervise plantation, tree care, farm development and day-to-day agricultural activities at our farm house.

Position: Farm House Supervisor Tree Care & Farm Development

Job Location: Varde, Tal. Kudal, Dist. Sindhudurg, Maharashtra

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, plantation, horticulture or farm management.
- Experience in supervising farm workers and agricultural activities will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. Agriculture preferred OR

- Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture
- Candidates with relevant practical experience in plantation and farm management may also be considered.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Good knowledge of tree/plant care and plantation development
- Knowledge of organic farming and organic fertilizers
- Understanding of watering, pruning, manure/fertilizer application and general plant maintenance

- Ability to identify and address basic plant diseases and pest-related issues
- Good supervisory and team-management skills
- Ability to plan and execute daily farm activities

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage tree and plantation care and development activities.

2. Plan and execute day-to-day farm house and agricultural activities.
3. Guide, train and supervise farm workers and other staff.
4. Monitor the growth and overall health of trees and plants.

5. Ensure proper use of organic manure, fertilizers and other agricultural inputs.
6. Plan and supervise watering, pruning, cleaning, plantation and maintenance activities.
7. Evaluate the progress and development of trees/plants and take corrective action where required.

8. Maintain proper records of farm activities, manpower and agricultural inputs.
9. Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of the farm premises.
10. Coordinate with management regarding farm development and improvement activities.
