Production & Operations

Supervise day‑to‑day production activities across fabrication, welding and laser cutting process.

Ensure adherence to production plans, shift schedules, and output targets.

Monitor machine utilization, material flow, and WIP levels.

Manpower & Shop‑Floor Management

Handle a team of 25–40 Workers.

Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure discipline and safety.

Train operators on SOPs, machine handling, and quality requirements.

Should be capable of handling shifts independently and ensuring smooth production

Hands-on experience in PEB Fabrication is mandatory

Key Skills

Technical & System Skills

Exposure to laser cutting machines, nesting basics, press shop,



welding.

Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication process documents.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S practices.

Report incidents, near misses, and support corrective actions.

Education

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related fields.

1 to 3 yrs Minimum Experience

PEB Fabrication work Experience is added advantage
