We’re hiring a Factory Supervisor for our furniture manufacturing & furnishing company.
Location: Jodhpur (relocation required)
Looking for someone with
- 5–10 years of experience in factory or production supervision
- Solid technical knowledge of furniture manufacturing and production processes
- Ability to manage day-to-day factory operations and production teams
- Experience in production planning, quality control and meeting timelines
- Ability to coordinate with carpenters, supervisors, vendors and management
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
Hands-on experience with: Production management, manpower handling, quality control, factory operations and timely project execution.
Experience in furniture manufacturing will be an advantage.
