Position: Factory Manager

Department: Production & Operations

Reporting To: Management

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality, manpower, safety, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production and ensure targets are achieved.
- Manage factory workers, supervisors, and manpower allocation.
- Monitor production quality, wastage, rework, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Dispatch.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of raw materials.
- Monitor machinery, maintenance, and factory downtime.
- Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.




- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure orders are completed on time and according to required specifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in factory/production management.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and manpower-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
