Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and security of our facilities. The Facility Manager will ensure that buildings, equipment, utilities, and support services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, transportation, and other support services.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise facility staff, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other utilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
- Manage facility-related budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, assets, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Develop and implement emergency response and business-continuity procedures.
- Monitor service quality and ensure vendors meet agreed service-level standards.
- Handle employee and occupant facility-related concerns and resolve issues promptly.




- Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve energy and resource efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, maintenance, expenses, and incidents.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in facility or property management.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and security operations.
- Strong vendor-management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management/maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of applicable safety and statutory compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹16,233.94 - ₹61,914.48 per month
