We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Manager with an ITI qualification in Fitter and/or Plumbing. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of building facilities, plumbing systems, water supply networks, and general infrastructure. The role requires preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring safety standards are maintained across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance activities.
- Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, pipelines, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Perform fitting, fabrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and utilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure.
- Monitor water supply, drainage systems, sewage lines, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance requirements.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
- Support electrical, HVAC,



and other facility-related operations whenever required.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities and services.

Required Qualifications
- ITI Certificate in Fitter, Plumber, or related trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, plumbing, or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of pumps, pipelines, water treatment systems, and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
