Role & responsibilities :

1. Mall Operations & Facility Management

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including engineering (electrical, mechanical, plumbing), air conditioning, elevators, and fire-life-safety systems.

- Ensure high operational uptime and preventive maintenance across assets.

- Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms.

1. Security & Housekeeping

- Supervise mall housekeeping and security teams to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, visitor safety, and emergency readiness.

- Conduct regular inspections and security audits; maintain zero incident workplace.

1. Vendor & Service Partner Management

- Identify, appoint, and monitor vendors for all soft and technical services (security,



cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal, etc.).

- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.

1. Tenant Coordination & Relationship Management

- Act as the single point of contact for all tenant facility-related issues.

- Coordinate smooth handover/takeover of retail/commercial units.

- Facilitate service connections, signage installations, and move-in formalities.

- Support tenant fit-outs, site readiness, and facility services during operations.
