Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually engaging designs that strengthen our brand identity across digital and print platforms. The role involves working on a wide range of creative assets including marketing materials, internal branding, and video content.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Design posters, flyers, and promotional creatives
Create and design brochures and handbooks
Develop visiting cards and ID cards
Design creatives for social media posts (collaborations, hiring, employee engagement, etc.)
Draft and format MOUs and official documents
Design banners, standees, and other branding materials




Work on internal branding initiatives and visual identity
Edit videos and create motion graphics for digital platforms
Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all deliverables

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator:
Knowledge of AI-based design tools:
Experience in 3D designing:
Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects (video editing & motion graphics)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro:
Working knowledge of Canva:
Solid creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Prior experience in healthcare, service industry, or social sector is a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
