Responsibilities
Execute VAVE productivity projects to enhance product value and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and project timelines.
Identify and implement opportunities for increased productivity and cost savings through value engineering techniques.
Contribute to multiple projects, focusing on individual components or subsystems, and ensure adherence to QDC standards.
Stay updated on advancements in technology, materials, and processes relevant to the business.

Requirements
Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals and knowledge of Product Development Process.
6 - 8 years of Engineering experience.
Proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably CREO).
Thorough understanding of Engineering Fundamentals, including DFMEA, ECN, GD&T;, production drawings, tolerance analysis, engineering calculations, and other product development techniques and tools.




Positive knowledge of various manufacturing processes and material selection for Ferrous Alloys, Non-ferrous Alloys, Plastics.
Ability to interpret Finite Element Analysis (FEA) test results.
Experience in Electromechanical Product Design.
Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques and Ability to generate creative ideas.
Skills in Value Methodology, with certification as a Value Methodology Associate by SAVE International is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
