OmicsVeu is looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Assistant to the CEO with an entrepreneurial mindset to support executive communication, project coordination, and strategic execution across the organization.

In this role, you will act as a key partner in ensuring priorities remain aligned, communication is streamlined, and high-impact initiatives move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s inbox, correspondence, and follow-ups
Coordinate projects across internal teams and external stakeholders
Track progress and ensure timely execution of key priorities
Support communication with potential strategic partners
Organize and maintain documentation, reports, and action trackers
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive summaries
Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and leadership
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory):
Robust organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities:
High attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Experience supporting senior leadership or high-value projects.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google/Microsoft Workspace:
Basic understanding of business operations and strategy execution:
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for drafting, research, and productivity.

Multiple assessments will be conducted as part of the interview process
