Role Overview
As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
In-Store Role
Provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with product knowledge and styling
Manage stock and maintain store standards
Support sales floor operations and communication
Ensure a seamless in-store experience

Strong customer service and communication skills
Good operational understanding of retail stores
Passion for retail and willingness to grow with an international brand
Aspiration to become Store Manager
