Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage welding & fabrication activities at site/workshop.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Lead and coordinate welders, fabricators, and helpers.
Inspect welding joints and fabrication work for quality compliance.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
Monitor productivity and ensure timely project completion.
Maintain tools, equipment, and material control.
Follow and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC team, and project managers.
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory):
Minimum 15 years of experience in welding and fabrication supervision.




Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, MIG, TIG, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Experience in industrial / oil & gas / construction projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
