Previous experience with Construction & Engineering company is preferred.
Experience of drafting in International Govt project is preferred
Processing of daily field survey data using Microstation and/or AutoCAD to develop finished survey drawings
Development of 3D digital terrain models, based on field data, to be used for engineering design, utilizing InRoads/OpenRoads and similar software.
Incorporate feedback into 3D model designs and Make revisions to models as requested
Interact with field crew to ensure the proper field data is being collected.
Must be skilled in drafting and designing of survey data.
Preparation of survey reports using Auto Cad.
Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects and designers and make modifications to existing drawings as per their request.
Liaise with architects,
engineers and designers to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice to manufacturing and construction technicians
Coordinates with office staff and clients as required and attend regular development meetings
Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/construction and installation
Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s education
3+ years of experience in land surveying is preferred.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
AutoCAD working Experience.
Knowledge of business office procedures
Must have Construction & Engineering with Expertise as Surveyor
