Key Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell hotel rooms, packages, corporate packages, student outings, FITs to potential customers effectively.
Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and OTA partners.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations and brochures to highlight product advantages.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Research and identify potential clients in the corporate sector interested in hosting MICE events
Engage with clients, understand their event requirements, and propose tailored solutions
Cold call, network, and attend industry events to generate leads and establish relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for MICE services




Set and meet sales targets and revenue goals outlined by the organization
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for individual properties and the brand.
Drive FIT, group, and event business through proactive sales efforts and creative collaborations.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with key partners to ensure profitability and brand positioning.

Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Support the digital marketing team with insights for campaigns, offers, and content that drive conversions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Hotel Sales: 2 years (preferred)
