Drive regional sales growth through distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Develop and manage the channel network to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
Appoint, train, and motivate distributors and sales teams for better performance.
Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions, and recent product launches.
Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and collections across the region.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand in kids wear.
Build solid relationships with key channel partners to improve brand visibility.
Requirements:
13 - 15 Years of Experience as RSM in Kids Wear Industry (Only):
Currently doing business of 2Cr
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
