Key Responsibilities
Teach Marathi language and literature to secondary grade students.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance and progress.
Encourage active participation and interactive classroom learning.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marathi or relevant field.
B.Ed. qualification mandatory.
Prior teaching experience mandatory.
Robust command over written and spoken Marathi.




Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
