Role Overview

This role will be the first point of contact for Kiyec Financial Advisory and will play a key role in office management, client coordination, and people operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is presentable, confident in communication, organised, and comfortable working in a qualified financial setting.

Key Responsibilities1. Reception & Client Handling
Manage the reception area and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the advisory team
Coordinate with clients for document submissions, meeting timings, and basic communication
Maintain a positive and qualified first impression of the company
Office Administration & Coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, internet, and basic services
Assist in arranging meetings, conference calls, and internal discussions




Support senior team members with administrative and coordination tasks
HR & People Support
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers
Assist with onboarding of new employees (documentation, coordination, orientation support)
Help maintain basic HR policies, internal records, and compliance-related documentation
Act as a coordination point between management and staff for administrative HR matters
Communication & Documentation
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and employee information
Assist in organizing documents related to accounting, compliance, and internal processes

Skills & Requirements
Languages (mandatory):
Fluent in English and Marathi — both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and polite, confident manner
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in reception, office administ
