Coordinate with the quality team for approval or rejection of materials

Enter all intake details accurately into registers or computer systems
Maintain daily records of material intake and stock updates
Coordinate with production and store teams for material availability
Assist in stock checking and physical inventory when required
Maintain discipline and smooth flow of vehicles at the intake area
Follow company policies and feed mill operational standards
Follow safety procedures during unloading and handling operations
