Position: Data Usage Monitoring Executive
Location: Mumbai
Department: Operations / Customer Support
Job Purpose
To monitor daily data usage on the OneWeb Portal, ensure timely alerts to customers, and support internal controls to prevent over-usage until automation/API integration is implemented.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor customer data usage on the OneWeb Portal on a daily basis
Identify customers nearing defined data usage thresholds
Send timely alerts/notifications to customers regarding their usage status
Coordinate internally to initiate data blocking requests with OneWeb (OW) once thresholds are reached
Maintain accurate records of daily usage tracking and actions taken
Support billing accuracy by ensuring proper data tracking and usage reporting
Assist in resolving customer queries related to data usage and billing discrepancies
Work closely with internal teams (billing, operations,
and customer support) for reconciliation of usage data
Highlight any abnormal usage patterns or risks proactively
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Basic understanding of data tracking / reporting
Valuable knowledge of Excel (data tracking, reports)
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle repetitive and process-driven tasks efficiently
Prior experience in telecom / data services / operations will be an advantage
Job Types: Full time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
