Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify current business opportunities, handle inbound and domestic inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
Operations & Logistics: Plan, customize, and execute domestic itineraries or service bookings, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations.
Relationship Management: Maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients and vendors to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed quotations, invoices, and reports on sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
Problem Solving: Address client objections and resolve any issues arising during the operational execution of services.
