Job Description: International Voice Process
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are hiring International Voice Process Executives. Your primary role will involve handling customer calls from countries like the U.S. and Australia.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with product and service-related queries.
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Providing support through inbound and outbound calls.

Skills Required:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
Solid Logical Reasoning and Analytical Thinking.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (U.S. shift hours).

Salary & Perks:
Salary Range: ₹22,000 - ₹33,000 per month (In-hand based on your performance in interview and experience)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
