Handle payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of all levels with factors of attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet data.
Maintain and update employee records from start to end
Software management with respect to HR/ Statutory requirements in compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support training and development programs and track participation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Manage queries at statutory and grievances of employees
Employee training schedule and policy implementation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
