Administer and support ERP software (e.g., SAP, Progen, Microsoft Dynamics, Soham, etc.).
Generate MIS reports.
Ensure smooth and seamless integration of ERP software with other internal systems.
Provide technical support to ERP end-users, troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Perform routine ERP system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
Monitor system performance, perform audits, and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure ERP software meets business needs and helps streamline workflows.
Implement and maintain ERP system customizations and configurations as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Administrator with hands-on experience in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Progen, Microsoft Dynamics, Soham, etc.) in the Pharma Industry.




Solid understanding of ERP system architecture, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with server, network, and database administration.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ERP software-related issues.
Proficiency in cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) and ERP-specific certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
